The client’s vision was to create a space that truly represents their brand—a software company that excels in seamlessly collecting data from every source, crafting exceptional experiences by effortlessly linking big and little moments of communication. The design needed to mirror the Genesys  software platform: Fluid, instinctive, and profoundly empowering.

The design brief called for maximizing the breathtaking views from the Bonham Quay flagship building, positioning Genesys as a prominent presence in Galway, with an office space that looks out over the city and symbolizes the company’s forward-looking vision.

Designing a seamless and exclusive journey for Genesys employees within Bonham Quay was a top priority, despite the challenge of occupying only floors 4 through 7 of the building.

To create a cohesive and exclusive experience for Genesys employees within the Bonham Quay building, MCA created an innovative design centered around a visually striking staircase that physically and symbolically connects their workspace across multiple floors. The staircase boasts an impressive continuous LED-lit backdrop, which enhances its visual appeal and serves to illuminate the entire space, creating a dynamic and engaging environment.
