A benchmark for a revitalised worldwide brand.

This EMEA headquarters is seen as a benchmark for the revitalised Yahoo brand worldwide. The project brief was a high-spec fit out of the office accommodation at Ground, 5th, 6th & 7th Floor in Dublin's Point Village.

This innovative office design provides 450 staff with a unique environment, supporting their work and representing the Yahoo brand identity globally. The fit out is strategically designed to take advantage of the building's unparalleled views. The uppermost floor provides agile working and social spaces, including gym, canteen, barista and commons.

Accommodations also include Floors 5 and 6 with open plan office spaces punctuated by collaborative meeting pods. Floor 7 is retained for conference and recreational amenity.

Sustainability features include automatic control lighting system and externally retractable blinds operating automatically to control solar gains and limit heat loss.
