A clever refurbishment adding social hubs within the existing spaces.

MCA have completed a number of upgrade works at Grand Canal Place for Accenture. These have included a complete fit out of canteen facilities and corridors in 2011 and a refurbishment in 2016 which included new tea stations and creation of social hubs.

The stations were located centrally, had a maximum visual impact on the floors. The angled ceiling baffles, located over the main circulation route, assisted in changing the general appearance and provided a new energy within the workplace.

A restricted budget meant that the office look and feel must be modernised without changing the furniture or existing general layout.
