The Exo Building

An Post aspired to deliver transformative ‘citizen centric’ accommodation, designed to foster new ways of working, flexible, agile and alternative work practices, collaboration, innovation, health and wellbeing. A place that would nurture the best in each individual for the greater good of all, a community, future focused while cognisant of a shared past.

The design was driven by connection and community; central neighbourhoods provide alternative working areas within immediate proximity to individual teams and foster overall connection across the organisation. Flexible areas for community engagement, accessible to all, are arranged to act as hubs for individual teams on a day to day basis, addressing trends in hybrid and remote working.
