MCA were appointed by Lidl Ireland as the Executive Architect for the design of this mixed-use development based in north Dublin. The student accommodation forms a key part of this scheme and comprises two blocks – A and B. The C Block is a dedicated retail store for the client.

Completed at the end of 2020, the development provides a mix of retail and café spaces with the Lidl store as the main anchor tenant. Reinvigorating the north end of the town centre, this will help secure Ballymun’s ongoing development and ensuring its future economic and social expansion.
