An extensive residential mixed-use development located in Dublin’s north Docklands, this proposed scheme is designed to rejuvenate the area in line with the Dublin City Development Plan. The proposed design extends to 32,477 m2 and includes 650+ residential units.

The design seeks to create the successful integration of residents, neighbours and the wider community with a rich mix of apartment typologies, commercial business, retail and hotel.

The public realm is open and inviting, creating green amenity courtyard spaces for outdoor activities and connection. The vibrant commercial plaza will provide a prime location for café and retail spaces, combined with soft landscaping will lend a village feel to this contemporary design.
