MCA were appointed as Executive Architects by the client in 2016 and together with Walls Construction and an extensive design team, led the construction of this modern mixed-use development for Lidl Ireland and AIG Investments.

Neighbouring the Dublin City University campus, this complex will provide ample apartment and social spaces to the student population. Boasting 364 student apartments and 20,000sq.ft. of communal student amenity spaces, including roof top terrace, gym and cinema. It is bright, contemporary, and spacious; encouraging social interaction and communal engagement.

The wider local community will also benefit from this mix of retail and café spaces, breathing life into the north end of the town centre; enriching Ballymun’s ongoing development and ensuring its future economic and social expansion.
