MCA have been delivering outstanding and sustainable design projects to a variety of clients for over thirty-five years. Working across multiple sectors, we provide architectural services to projects of varying scales and complexities, from capacious office spaces for global companies to innovative data centres, healthcare buildings, hotels, and residential developments.

We are an award winning, ISO certified company, which include ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and have achieved LEED and BREEAM accreditation for our clients' building projects. Our services include shell and core design, master planning, due diligence, interior design and conservation architecture.

Master planning

Our preparation and delivery of masterplans is marked by an ability to facilitate growth and integration of new buildings and existing structures harmoniously and without interruption to existing activities while enhancing the user’s experience.

Due Diligence

We have considerable consultancy expertise in advising public and private clients in relation to the architectural aspects of existing and proposed buildings. MCA has provided due diligence services for over five million square feet of accommodation since 1990.

Conservation (RIAI Grade II Conservation Practice)

We have in-house Conservation Architects qualified to Grade II under the R.I.A.I. Accreditation System for Conservation Architects and Practice and have completed significant conservation work on 17th, 18th and 19th century buildings.

Sustainability

Our design is underpinned by principals of sustainability and an ISO 14001 commitment to achieve and exceed legal environmental design standards.

Interior design and workplace strategy

From brief development and strategic space planning to the selection of materials, furniture designs and artwork commissions, we offer clients a comprehensive and inspirational interior design service.
